Yes, I appreciate this post a ton. Romain Trystram is so freaking talented and one of my top inspirations for scenery work. Réflexions Faites [x] [x] [x] is probably one of my favorite series he has done, or any of the urban environment series stuff like Sleepless. I just love how graphic it all looks, and the colors are astounding. If I were to draw his power and skill and put it into a comic, I could potentially rule the world.

Even cooler: The top one is actually an early concept for Éowyn from Lord of the Rings Online. She doesn’t appear in the game but the painting can be seen in many houses in the game world, framed on the walls. When I played actively I used to stop by it and stare in awe. SO COOL.
